Managing work and life is no easy task. Mindful HR Services Inc. is an Indigenous-led organization that has the passion, training, tools and resources to encourage greater work-life balance. Our mission is to inspire healthier workplace cultures with more balanced and mindful employees who feel connected to their manager, team and organization.

Our approach integrates mindfulness into everyday ways of being that are designed to first cultivate greater self-awareness and then stimulate workplace growth.
